where to look for power upgrades for a 6.5 turbo diesel chevy truck???

i been dealin with this slow turd for a good while now and it hauls and tows fine but who out there makes performance upgrades for these trucks if any? its a 95 chevy 2500 4x4 6.5 turbo....

thanks for any help or ides with it..

and before the thoughts of a new truck start, ima deal with this turd a little while longer...haha....im broke as everyone else :rolleyes:

i do suggest you start with the cooling fan,fsd heatsynk,exaust,air filter,then chip.
i have a new fsd heatsynk if your interested.
