Where to mount ARB compressor?

2000 TJ 4.0 5-speed with A/C:
Where are you guys mounting your ARB compressor? In cab? Under hood? If it is in cab, is it loud? I haven't heard it run yet.

I have an '01 and I mounted mine under the hood, underneath the mastercylinder and brake booster. There is a flat tray (european battery mount) that makes a perfect place to mount the mini compressor.
