which 22re header is best

Im finally about to put my engine together, and I need a header. I have a high flow intake and exhaust and a LC head and cam. I want a header that helps off idle torque thru midrange rpms. This truck will be a crawler not a mud runner. Which one is best?
 
hey man . the doug thorly (sp) tri y header is a good choice for low end power.
and ive heard good things about lce headers too.

I've installed doug thorley on a couple 22re's, i personally like them the best. They are constructed very well. I sell for them also, let me know if i can help.
