Which carb to use

I've got a Chevy 350 with long tube headers msd pro billet distributor with accell wires and plugs and edelbrock intake mani. I've got 35 inch tires and dana 44 axles. I'm sure the gearing is stock. On to my question. I've got a quadra junk right now. And looking for something better but mind you this is a daily driver. Would a 650 turn these tire on the street and still
Be able to go through the mud and rocks. Or should I go with a 750 and deal with the gas mpg loss. Any info would help.
 
always loved my q-jet. easily rebuilt, stupid reliable and easy to tune for extreme angles, last one i tuned would run at silly angles on a dbl hump 327 sbc. ....time to drink the koolaid a go fool-injected :bounce2:
 
i just switched to propane. i have a nice edelbrock built quadrajet thats just setting here. pm me if your interested.
