which hard uppers do i have? HELP!!

I have a set of hard uppers. they're on my yj and fit perfect on the doors. but do not line up with my hardtop. I have a cj hardtop but it should still line up I would think. im curious if maybe they are tj uppers that have been modified or what. im lost and out of ideas. check out my pics and let me know what you think

I do not believe they are from bestop because i had them with a bestop super top an didnt fit also
