Which winch?

I'm looking at a 12,000 lb winch. I narrowed it down to three possibilities.

The Warn VR12000, Mile Marker SE12000C, or a Smittybilt X20 12. All three seem to be pretty similar and comparable in price. The Warn has a free shipping deal through Summit, but it's only about 20 bucks normally.

Judging by the listed gear ratios, I'd say the Warn is the fastest. They all have about 100' of cable, come with a roller fairlead, and have the same mounting pattern with a low profile type body. Whichever I chose will go on a Warn Classic bumper on my 86 K30.

Opinions? I'm thinking it'll come down to the Smittybilt or Warn.

Personally I would stick with the Warn. I work on just about all models of winches for various customers and when you need a part the Smitty's and similar brands seem to be tough and expensive to get a hold of. Solenoids can be an issue periodically but they are cheaper and easier to work on than the Smitty box (which I have seen go bad on various models).
