every once in awhile you hear someone say something thats very profound. guys, this one came from out best little buddy. (Im a white collar, working for the man, dude. at the whims of the automotive market and perils associated with large corporations)

he said, "you know what you're doing tomorrow, but I know what I'll be doing next year"

and he was right. he works as hard as he wants, and his success is tied greatly into what business he can drum up. I applaud all of yall that have the guts to work for yourselves. keep it up, proud of all of ya.

Ive had the 'white privilege' of knowing him for a long, long time. keep sticking it to the man guys.

There should have been some solid color tiles mixed in, white and maybe two shades of grey, about 50/50 with the patterns......but I like it.

Some of my white privilege...

I need to get a second set of eyes / hands / mind before I push the last of this oil in to see if I have got to change the lifters or if they were just dry... Before I finish pulling the old motor and putting the one on the stand in...

And just now thinking of going home. (Well I put the kids to bed earlier anyway at least)
