I have an old Ø30" sawblade that Id like to have a pattern cut into for my Dad for Christmas and it would be cool to have it done by one of 'our' guys if possible. I can even provide any file type so all you do is clamp down and burn.

whatcha got????

Are you trying to cut through it or more or less engrave into it?

Pj at m&m, scott at mudprometalworks, micheal/tacoma747, indywill, rock mafia/jims garage, and a few others have cnc tables now...who's closest?
If it's really intricate, mudpro is probably the guy to talk to.

You will want this laser cut, Hi-def plasma is good. however it will not do the close together fine lines. I will ask at work tomorrow who is close to you.

thx for the input guys. well heres the deal. its going to be a wall hanger outside a house, and I'm going to let it rust (more than it is) then clear coat it. anything new on an old farm house well, just won't look right. its about 1/8" thick and a little warped (been in a fire), but would clamp flat I'm sure. I can take a flap wheel and grinder to it and make it shine on the work surface. so whats something like this run- $ wise ( I want it to say "Morgan Farm, est 1896" in arced letters across top and bottom in 2" letters). I know thats a loaded question, but heck, I dunno. If it wasn't lettering, Id just free style it with my plaz. Im in CLT, but if someone was willing to work with me at a reasonable rate, and I pay cash (cough, cough) I could meet next weekend within 100 miles if they were willing to do it while I waited. remember I can do the design work and load up a file of your choice.

Another option is to ditch the saw blade, and have them cut out a saw look a like, and put into it what you want.
It being warped is an issue. With the plasma head scrolling around, it will be easy to crash the head into the work piece, and ruining consumables. If you use a new piece you can simply clean any and all oils off of it, and spray it with water, let it rust and do your clear. Not sure though how well clear will hold up though, sprayed on top of rust.
