Who here does decals and t-shirts?

I do that too. The only problem with emboidering something as big as a flag is it is not cost effective. You end up paying too much money in my opinion. But if they want them embroidered I'll do them.
 
Something short run like a flag you should be doing sublimation. Or simple large format printing on the correct materail for the project.

I've done alot of shirts and decals for various sites in north carolina and many other states. MCJEEP seems to be handling stuff here by the looks of it.
