who rebuilds coilovers?

I have a friend that has a set of 10" travel fox coilovers with 5/8" shafts that are bent from when his track-bar was broken. How much would it cost to rebuild these things, or replace bent the shafts? Who does this kind of thing locally?

You can get the shafts from Poly, rebuilding them yourself is not that hard.
