Who's truck?

Anyone know who's truck this is? Early 90s crew cab Chevy that had what I'm positive sounded like a Cummins in it. Was stopped at a gas station not far from 64/109 near Denton when I seen it. Snapped one crappy pic before he sped away in a smokey black & white burnout.

Possibly, but it sure sounded like a Cummins. However it seemed very weak with the burn out.

Unless it sounded like an old school bus, it probably wasn't a 6.5L. Even with my 4" exhaust and HX40 turbo on my 6.5L it still sounds like an old bus.

Well any 12V that hasn't been turned up don't stand much chance of a burnout lol.
It was loud with a lot of black smoke and a little tire spin. But it had something like 37s on it.
