Why is a gun post about price deleted?

I just dont get why one is allowed and not the other.

JF does too. Im not questioning the decision here to not allow messages about guns, thats totally a decision made by the mods here. Im just confused as to why a link to a gun site is allowed but any post about a gun period is not allowed.

It is a privately owned site, and the OWNER of the site made this decision, like it or not, it's his decision.

Every gun chat we've had always turns into a full blown bash fest, much like politics do. Hence we don't discuss either in chat. Hence the reason we have the unmoderated garage section. Become a donating member, 90 days in good standing on the site, over 21, and your in the garage.

BTW a link is not a chat, therefore we allowed it.
