Why is the search doing "or"

When I search for "tellico camping" it's finding posts that mention tellico or camping. No matter what I do I get just about 500 answers and they are all off topic for me.

How do I get the site to do "and" instead of "or" in my two word searches?

I have often wondered the same thing. Odd that you can't look up phrases, only words.
