... but that was last week in a different country. If they were talking about it today they might as well be giving a history lecture in the current news cycle.

citizens using firearms to oppose the government. they are trying to convince us that it isnt possible and we shouldt even think about it.

Or, criminials have access to enough firepower to oppose govt..... gun control cant prevent that.

Not sure what you mean, it was all over the news this weekend. I heard sevaeral articles on npr and bbc about it, and a Google search now yields tons of reports.
Pretty horrific. I can understand why people want to illegally come here.

My wife is from Culiacán. It was a massive embarrassment of the Mexican government and police and confirmation that the cartels control large parts of the country.
