Wi-fi routers & parental controls

I am looking for suggestions on routers with parental controls. The one I have now I can block individual sites but no a blanket type blocking. IE: if my 10 year old googles the wrong word it may bring up a site I would not want her to view. I am looking for something with like a 35% rule with an easy set up for dummies like me.
