Wife's 40th birthday is coming up

I suck at planning occasions like this. But I know I better come up with something good. Any suggestions on where to take her for her 40th, around the first or second week of November? We'll have to line up someone to keep the kids, but I'd like to take her away for a weekend.
It seems like Asheville is where we go most often when we get a weekend to ourselves (which isn't very often), so I'd like to go somewhere else.

I thought about flying Allegiant out of Concord and going to FL, but not sure where.

What say you, oh wise folks of nc4x4.

You can fly out of concord into Tampa Bay and drop down to Siesta Key. I'll be there near the end of this month
