will a 3" bodykit lift clear 32s w/o rubbing and how much do I need to trim? and another thing, if i get an aftermark exhaust will it help my gas mileage/or if I cut off my exhaust? thanks.

It should, if you stay with the stock 16" wheel and a 265/75R16 (32x10.50x16) you sholdn't have a problem.

And I wouldn't cut off your exhaust. It might sound cool for a little while, but it'll get on your nerves eventually. I don't know how much an aftermarket one will help mileage, probably some, but it'll probably take a long time to equalize the cost.

There are much better options than a 3" body lift.

A 3 or 4 inch lift spindle is easier/faster to install than a body lift, and will level up your truck at the same time without changing ride or showing tons of frame like a body lift.
And with that you can easily fit a 285/75/16 (33/11.5/16) tire on a 2wd Silverado, as it will sit similar height to a leveled z71 Silverado.

I'd say it would make the truck worse on gas because it will make you driving style change a bit...

Fabtech Motorsports FTS1599-7 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500 2wd 3" Spindle Lift. Fabtech has been building the industries finest cast lift spindles for almost two decades. Following Chevrolets complete redesign of the Silverado & Sierra suspension back in 1999, Fabtech again designed one of the finest 3" suspension lift systems for these vehicles. The Fabtech 3" lift spindle is the least expensive and best riding suspension lift we offer. You can spend more and get more lift, but at this price this product delivers the best value we know of.
To put together a complete Fabtech 3" suspension lift kit will require the FTS1599-7 Fabtech 3" lift spindles, a Fabtech FTSBK1 or FTSBK15 rear block kit, extended length FTS1500UBK u-bolt kit, and at Fabtech's suggestion, extended length shock absorbers. All of these items can be purchased separately using the drop down boxes located below this item description. Please note, purchasing extended length shock absorbers is optional with this kit. The factory shocks can be retained. Fabtech suggests the use of 265/75R16 tires mounted on 16x8 or 17x8 wheels with 4-5/8 inches of back space (may require minor trimming). Please note, if your vehicle came equipped with 17" wheels from the factory, it is recommended that you stay with a 17" or larger diameter wheel when running this Fabtech lift spindle. OEM wheels and larger tires are not compatible with this kit. Aftermarket wheels will be required when running larger than stock tires. This Fabtech FTS1599-7 lift spindle will fit all 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Classic Silverado and Sierra 2wd 1500 series trucks equipped with a coil spring front suspension. Will not fit 1500HD or any 2500 series model!

at one part it says

im a little confused.. run stock tires or no? and this splindle kit comes with shocks and stuff..?

Spindle lifts only move the position of the hub, all suspension geometry stays the same therefore new shocks are not needed, although its a good time to go ahead and replace them while you are under there.

I would not recommend fabtech, one they increase your trackwidth severely, thus increasing your track width and reducing the size tire you can fit before rubbing, although all spindle lifts will increase track width a little bit its just the nature of the beast, fabtech is the worst. Rough Country seems to be the most popular choice for 2wd Chevys, CST and springtech are two other choices. Also what you need to look into is getting the wheel with the most backspacing possible without interfering with the spindle, this is easier to achieve with 17"+ wheels.

Also Fabtech is really general and conservative with their tire sizes. I have their 8" lift on my truck, it lists the max tire size as 37/12.5/17 on a 4 5/8 backspacing wheel. I have fit a 39.5/13.5/16 on a 5" backspacing wheel with no rubbing, (IFS won't hardly flex enough for it to rub in the first place), but normally run a 37/14/20 on 5.5" backspacing with plenty of room to spare, except a slight rub on the sway bar.
