I know questions like this have been asked a hundred times, but trying to find gears for the rear has me stuck in park on my build so im just wondering if 4.56s up front and 4.625s in the rear will be close enough ratios to not tear my transfer case up. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you'll be fine, but out of curiosity what size tires are you planning on running?
I know with 4.89/4.9 gears & 36s I am dogging it at highway speeds...part of why mine gets towed now.
IIRC, at 65-70mph I'm turning ~5k on the tach....doesn't bother some, but that's higher R's than I like turning.
I wish I would've geared lower when I SAS'd mine, I know when I go to 1-tons I'll be at 5.38.

Im running 37's right now, when i get the truck up to 55mph im only running around 3200 rpm. Im not too worried about high speeds i dont get on the interstate unless i have no other option, the interstate, no shocks, 60 mph scares me to say the least haha. but thanks again i just needed to be reassured that i wouldn't tear my TC up. Oh and when are you going to 1-tons? Cause ill be looking forward to a build thread
