Winch mounting

I wanted to post up a couple pictures here / where I am hoping to mount my winch and get some thoughts and feedback.


I bought the truck off of S104u here on NC4x4 and he built the front bumper / has a good place to mount the winch.

The bumper got tweaked up a hair at URE when he was trying to climb that really steep rock/lots of folks have taken pictures.

Because of that / it needs "pulled" back down a hair (gentle pressure with a strap prob will do that) and then I want to add a couple supports to keep it from going back up / AND to keep the winch from moving it DOWN when pulling.

Thoughts and suggestions appreciated!!

You can see the flat place he built in to mount the winch, appears to be plenty of room for the 8274.

What I want to do is pull the bumper back down a hair to get that part "flat" and then add some supports from the front, / down to that bar that runs between the frame rails. I think that will keep it from moving in the future?
 
I'm gonna do a multi mount set up for my 8274.....it's huge and kills approach angle
