Winch plate

Who in the CLT area has a "universal" winch plate under $99? I can get one from Northern Tool for that price and thought I might throw some business at a local vendor if you can match/beat the price. The winch plate must be at least 29.5" long. FWIW, the winch is going on a '54 CJ3B.

Someone else showed me this on in my WTB thread. This is the direction I will go. Can't justify making one when they have what I need for $30.
