ok I have a completely rusted and destroyed windshield frame from a cj but, it has good glass and seals in it and it also has good hinges. Then I have a second frame that is decent ( it has about two dime sized holes on the bottom of the sill that I am hoping to patch with some sheet metal) So my question is how do I transfer the good glass to the new frame and get the stupid torx bolts out of those hinges?

Drill the heads out with a bit large enough to catch the body of the threads...

Thats what I did and then replaced the bolts with large stainless steel phillips head screws from the specialty bins at Lowe's. Didnt have to worry about those crappy torx heads or rust any longer.
