Wiring a dodge starter.

I thought I had the starter wired properly but when we put power to the solenoid nothing happened. The starter has been tested and worked great. I know im missing something obvious. I think the starter is a 3 wire set up. But I haven't found a definite answer.

Any dodge guys have a diagram?

Oh that would help. Its a mid 80's 360 and 727 transmission going into a cj7. I'm rewiring the entire jeep. Using a mopar performance electronic ignition. I bought a ez- wiring harness.

Besure the block is grounded good to start with....
 
I'll check that tomorrow. Any other ideas?
