got new work vehicle, has a both sides wrapped, and of course the wrap is across the side doors, where I do most of the work out of the vehicle.

Being that there is NOTHING clean about my job, whats the best way to keep the wrap from getting trashed ?
I know it's going to take a beating over time, but fairly certain wiping it down with brake cleaner along the edges daily isn't the best way to keep it looking decent short term.

Is waxing the panel helpful at all ? for no other reason than to have a semi sealed surface that just wiping the grease off is a reasonable gesture ?

Being the vehicle is typical fleet vehicle refrigerator white, it's already going to be a pain to keep clean. I'm more concerned with the graphic than anything.

ideas ?

Hell, it's not yours.... not to say you shouldn't care, but I wouldn't exactly worry about it too much. Sure, try to keep it in decent shape because you have to ride it around, but it sounds like it comes with the territory.

What do you do for a living?

LOL, WOW, I expected an answer like that, but not the first one ,

No it's not mine, but this is the 4th vehicle I have been issued, and the first NEW vehicle (FORD E-250), the other 3 were thrashed/trashed when I got them ( some worse than others )

Being this one is unmolested, I'd like to keep it that way for awhile. It's going to get dirty and it'll be a challenge for me to keep it up as I haven't done so with the others ( what was the point ? ) Oddly, my old Chevy 2500 is being parted out to other vans before it is auctioned off, so I guess I've done a decent enough job ( no body damage, paint still on the panels )

Forklift repair is not clean, a clean forklift is one that is not used :burnout:

The vinyl itself shouldnt hold grease/wipe it down with dish detergent and it usually comes clean.

The bigger issue is typically nicks, dings and chunks in the vinyl
