Actually police say the people acted very calmly and did just what they should have.

True ha ha.. I see someone getting stabbed.. Ok he has a weapon so my fists will only do so much.. Get a mob together and go at it. I see a dude getting his head cut off, im gettin the F-- outta there as well!

I want to see how this unfolds, because the guy he killed was asleep with his head on the window so its not like he was being annoying... Either way, whatever he did/didnt do, its not worth getting decapitated!

You can carry on a bus, rail system, subway, etc. You just have to have a CWP permit. You can't carry on school property, court house, or other federal buildings of the sort.

Well they finally got the guy. The bastard killed a 22 y/o on his way home to see his wife and kid from working at a fairground. Cant wait to see what the motive for murder was on this a-hole. This is where Hammerabis (sp?) Code needs to come back into effect.. Eye for an eye, head for a head.

if the first cut/slash was to the guys neck/throat area, it may not be possible that he still be alive even if someone had a gun. I mean the first cut was probably fatal, maybe not instant but I doubt he could have survived until paramedics arrived.
 
probably has diplomatic immunity or something...
