7 months ago i installed a 190lph fuel pump in my wifes 5slow she has been complaining about how loud it was the last few times she drove it and i just blew it off and told her that its a big pump and its going to make noise. today we drove about 30 min. out the parkway to meet some freinds for dinner and i noticed that the longer it runs the louder it gets and it started starving for fuel but never died so after i let it sit couple of hours fired it up and was running fine no noise so drove it about 10min. to our next stop with no problems but it was starting to get loud again. it sat another couple of hours and drove back home 20 min. with no problems but was really loud when i got home i shut it off for about 30sec. and started it and it slowly grew louder like it was building pressure so i got vid if how it sounds. keep in mind that you are hearing this outside of the car and it has 2.5" 2 chamber flowmasters with no cats. the fumbling sound is removing the gas cap and at the end of the vid is from inside car. i have not been able to look at the fuel pressure due to this is the only time it caused a running problem. otherwise it pulls strong even while being loud. im lost so give me some opinions before i start throwing parts at it. every part of the fuel system was new as of last aug.
