sorry for resurrecting the dead, but someone asked for a pic so here's a crappy cellphone pic of the black charger in Wilmington-he followed me coming down Market St until I noticed the lights on the passenger side visor and I slowed just a bit to get a pic-only thing you can see from the back that gives him away is the lights above the license plate...couldn't get a better pic because of the phone and I was trying to be sly.

is it illeagal to take a pic of a police car? Shit I think everyone ought to take a bunch of pictures and spread them all over the place so they aren't such a sneaky car.
