XJ DEATH WOBBLE!!!!?????

I have a 1999 xj with a 6 inch rough country short arm lift and 35x12.50x15 cooper stts and it death wobbles at any speed over 30 bad!!!!! What can I do to fix it permantly???
 
I had the EXACT problem about 6 months ago on my 98' XJ. Check the lower trac bar bolt where is mounts to the axle. They are notorious for loosening up and wallering out the hole on the axle. I literally replaced every other moving part on the truck until i found that issue. Replaced the whole trac bar and mount with an over the axle mount and dom tube/heim joint track bar. Much beefier than stock!
