Any idea how much of the tread is left on the tires and what does the wear pattern look like? Some tires develop bad road noise part way into their life span. I have a set like that now. I had a set in the past that got real loud but that was due to bad front end alignment that cupped the tread making for a ear splitting ride.

oh yeah thanks for reminding me yeah the tires are new i just bought them a month ago and have put about 400 miles on them, by front end alignment do you mean the steering b/c my steering wheel is cocked and you have to keep making a correction to keep the jeep in lane?

If your getting a roaring type of noise you probably have a driveline bearing going bad could be in a axle or the t-case.

As for the rattling noise there are a few things it could be there was a problem with the exhaust system moving while braking that was fixed by installing a bracket on the exhaust from the transmission lower mounting bolt, there is also an issue with the t-case shifter linkage rattling, when the rattle starts put pressure on the t-case handle, don't shift it just pull it up slightly if the noise is gone the bushing on the linkage is worn out.
