upon my build of 60s on the XJ I was lowering it down to 6" lift and would like to stretch the rear about 3 inchs....Ive hear that commanche springs are offest to rear of vehicle about 3 inchs which would mean I would have to d relocation brackets in rear and flip them....has anyone done this or have any info or pics on this??

THANKS!

you have to move the gas tank to stretch the rear. Or else the pumpkin will hit it. You can also just flip your springs front to rear and you'll get around 5". You'll need a traction bar or the axle wrap will be insane.

X2 on everything, take gas tank out & run fuel cell in rear

gas tank has already been raised up thru rear floor board....wasnt looking for 5" just about 2-3" to clear 42s from front of wheel well....

hmmm....thats a great suggestion....Ima def look into that bc i have to buy spring perchs anyways....

Good find!!!
