Xj winch bumper suggestions?

So, I recently bought an xj and want to put a winch on it.
Been looking at the usual places for a winch bumper, but wanted to get input on a decent bumper that doesn't kill the approach angle of the heep and is a reasonable price.

Any suggestions?
 
I took a look at both of the suggested ones, I would definitely go with the diy jcr if I could weld worth a poop.
 
I ended up getting one from fishbone offroad.
The welds on it look good, fits well, came powder coated, and very solid mounting.

I would recommend it......
