i just got a 99 jeep cherokee. It has a problem and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this sort of problem. When you turn the headlights on the tach, speedo, and turn signals quit working and the rear wiper makes one swipe. I am thinking its a bad ground somewhere but havnt found it yet. Also i put a test light on the cigarette lighter hot wire and its real dim until i turn the headlights on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
