ok the pump is maybe 3 years old.. filter is new... and im running a 3.3 FPR. (40 psi w/ vaccum, 45 psi w/o vaccum). my first regulator i got was bad and would bleed the pressure immediately... so i put another one in... however it will not stay at 40 psi... the highest i can get is 30 at idle... however whenever i hit the throttle it jumps to 40 then down to 36 or so depending on the engine load... do you guys think my pump isnt as strong as it used to be? i know with the old FPR it should run at 36 psi... but it just sits at 30.. me being a dummy i should have checked the pressure before swapping to the 3.3 FPR. im just concerned.. all responses will be greatly appreciated..
