yj hard top with half door's????

HELP!!!! Im wanting to run my hard top with my half doors, but my upper cloths want fit the top. just wondering what are my options. thanks JEFF..
 
what top are you running? if it was oem, it would fit....
 
I assume your hard top has a rounded corner and your soft uppers have a 90 degree angle right???

You need to get the rounded uppers... not a big deal at all
 
yes it's the oem hard top, and yes the corner's of the top are rounded, and my upper's are square. someone said that a tj upper would work with mod's? what ya'll think.
 
My friend has a yj with a bestop with the rounded corners and they want fit. the back side is to wide. fits every were else .
 
we just put some tj uppers on a yj with a hard top today. you have to cut about 3\4" off the rod that goes down into the lower part of the door and bend it in a little bit. it is the one closest to the back off the door. the door will open and close fine, it seals up good and doesnt let water in but it doesnt line up perfect
 
bestop round uppers for a yj will not fit with the hardtop....i know that for a fact, dont know about the tj uppers though, if you have steel lowers, and have the money, get a set of the fiberglass uppers, they'll work with a soft top or hard top
