YJ Ignition Problem

I need help. Last weekend, my '91 YJ, w/2.5, just quit running. Has fuel pressure so I checked the codes. Says "ignition problem". I replaced the coil, cap, rotor, and ECM. Jeep will start sometimes, but dies within seconds. One thing I forgot to mention is the fact that I pulled the "Auto Shutdown" relay after I swapped all the other parts. After a few minutes, I reinstalled it, turned the key, and it ran... for about a minute.
Any help diagnosing this would be appreciated.

first thing I would look at would be the CPS if you do not have any spark
The crankshaft position sensor identifies position of the crankshaft to the ignition control module (ICM), engine control module (ECM) or powertrain control module (PCM)
When not replaced, vehicle could experience no- or hard start, long crank time, misfire, lack of power, excessive hydrocarbons in oil, spark plug fouling, catalytic converter failure, poor fuel economy, CEL/MIL illumination or intermittent shutdown

I'll look into that. One thing, though, is if I pull the Auto Shut-off relay from the PDC for a few minutes, it will start and then die again in about 10 seconds.

sorry man i misread that. both the cam and crank sensor can cut off spark and cause the motor to not fire. id ohm out those two to see if they are in spec.
