I have a Yj that I am in the build process and I am leaning toward a milder build than what I had before. I am currently going to run the hp dana 30 in the front with a 8.8 in the rear. 4.10 gears and a lsd in the rear. I have a working cad front axle with spare shafts. I am in the market for a locker and was looking into a spartan locker for my front axle (since I am going to be in it to swap the 4.10's in from a 4cyl yj) I would like some opinions and how that is going to affect my turning in this short of wheelbase rig and would it be worthwhile to swap to tj shafts or keep my shafts for the slectable cad?
