I have been flexing out my YJ after I finished up my SOA converson. The front flexes great but the rear has no flex what so ever. Short of going with coils in the rear what can I do to get some more flex out of the rear?

I had a similar problem when I did mine about ten years ago and at the time the only answer was to pull leaves out and build a traction bar. I did not want a TB so I made my own leaf packs mixing and cutting springs from a donor rear spring set out a xj. Worked great but worked even better when I added revolvers. I've done coils and would rather do 1/4 springs in the rear, more travel and cleaner plus much easier to dial in ride hieght and ride quality. Good luck

S-10 springs work well. They do seem to start bending after a period of time, but I do know they will flex nearly as much as you'd like them to.

Do you have bump stops?
This is 5 pack YJ SPOA springs before I installed missing links.

I don't run a traction bar. I do have bump stops that limit my upward travel to about 2.5". This forces the opposite spring to droop more.
Here is a pic of my bump stops:
