YJ steering replacement options

OK so the steering on my YJ is org 1989 stuff.. needless to say being 19 years old is just about at its limit, i have a lot of play, and yeah its in the steering tierods etc not the box, the box seems pretty tight.

Is there an aftermarket steering setup that would be a nice upgrade above stock? I'm not wanting to go full hydro or anythng like that, just taking the chance to upgrade during a repair.

FWIW i am running the stock D30.
