has or does anybody make an offset shifter. ( mine rubs my knee, but only when i am in 4 / low ). Does anyone else ever have this problem? I have an automatic so i have plenty of room to work with. just thought that there might be a offset shift handle out there some where. I might be better off having some-one fab it up. any comments would be appreciated.
