Got a buddy with a early 90s YJ he was having an issue getting it into 4low, He took it to a 4wd shop they adjusted the linkage, Now he is having trouble getting it into 4hi, They told him the transfer case is bad and should be replaced.
That could be the case and I am in no way trying to say that the shop has told him wrong, He just asked me for a shop that can get him a second opinion. So who would be a good shop to send him to have it checked? He lives here in Morganton, So any from Hickory to Marion would be good.
Also any suggestions on what maybe the issue would help also. He is retired and all this is new to him, He bought the jeep a few months ago. The guys is not cheap and will pay to have it fixed properly. Just want to send him to someone that is trust worthy.
