York OBA has no pressure?

Well, was at The Farm this morning and went to air up a buddies tire, and found that my York is putting out no pressure.

The pulley engages, but no air comes out. I've only used it a couple times and haven't used it since the ECORS Harlan race.

Any ideas where to start?

pull the head and see whats stuck or broke. also be sure that it can get air in.
