I have an 04 silverado z71. I have 33" tires and have the truck leveled out. My cv axle boots keep tearing, I guess from the increased angle put on them from leveling the truck. Is there a cv axle with better boots I could put on?

Your best bet will be to lower the front of the truck back down a bit. As long as the pleats in the boot ride against one another at static ride height it will generate friction and heat and either wear the rubber through or cause it to tear. Until the diff is dropped or the truck is lowered back down you will have this problem. I'm not aware of a GM diff drop kit like every other toyota on earth has, but if you can find one that would be your other option. Aside from that, you can either get a real IFS lift, or a "real axle", or some high speed low drag long travel stuff. If it's tearing CV's your ball joints are also likely to be shot, give them a look while you're under there.
