ok so awhile back i had a rough idle/run problem with the zj, so i dropped the tank and the in tank filter was nasty blackish with gunk stuff on it. well i got a new in tank and out of tank fuel filter put on and my pressure and everything was reading good say around 39psi or so and it ran great for a while and now it seems when i crank it i get really low pressure i haven't got a gauge on it yet to check it but it will idle around 200rpms but it seems to catch back up with its self and run fine i got home and checked the fuel pressure and its only at 25psi so i cut it off and watched the gauge and it actually builds up to around 40psi when the jeeps off and then slowly leaks back down been about 30mins or so and its at 15psi atm yall have any idea at all what this could be fuel pump,fuel regulator, or need to install a inline check valve or something i have no clue
