ZJ battery drain?

96 ZJ with 4.0.
I haven't driven in probably close to 2 weeks. This morning it won't start. Optima battery that is less than 2 years old is dead. Jumped it off, but it won't run if I take my foot off the gas. Only about 9.6 volts on the battery, so I have it hooked to the charger now.

Question: can the factory alarm drain the battery down in 2 weeks time? Or is there somewhere else I need to look for a drain?
 
I've got a '98 ZJ which has been known to sit for weeks at a time without draining down the battery. It has a red top in it. I would look elsewhere for the drain.
 
my '93 sat for 5 days this past week and the battery needed to be charged over night to start.
