I have a bad boot on the front cv of my 96 zj. Should I put another cv in or go with u-joints? It is my wife's stock dd.

I agree, since it is a DD, if it were a trail rig, then definately go with u joints.

Just a bad boot. I thought about just changing the boot, but a new axle and cv is only $60, and either way I have to pull the axle.

Change the whole thing, with it being a 96' its not going to be a waste of money replacing the assembly.
