My new go-faster buggy

Oh yeah. I got that fixed. Mine are sweet.

will - what are you using for brakes?

farmboy - let us know what you end up using for a good brake setup, my current setup sucks and i'm look'n to see what others are using that works

Good brakes are just a phone call and credit card away. My new 6 piston wilwoods are awesome.

Looks ready to crush some cars with those monster truck tires.

I am not sure whats going on with my brakes this time around. Had the exact same setup on my old buggy and didnt have much of an issue. They were never "amazing", but i could lock them down without much hesitation.

Stretched her legs a little this weekend and already ripped a skin on the passenger side. Oh well...i guess it was going to happen eventually.

Great job Sambo! Can't wait to see it in person. And don't worry about the skin...its your old toyota demon inside you that likes busted sheet metal :)

First ride may be this weekend if i can get my brakes working well enough. Going to see what i can get into close to home.

SO fast it snapped the sway bar in half!

Ass Vault... It makes me laugh that more than one person thought that was a good name to call their product. Glad you got some bugs worked out now lets see if you can take first at the DPG race.. NO pressure... Just sayin..

Brakes better?

Finally got to see this in person at the DPG. Great job Sam! Can't wait to watch you race it...

Got some cool vids of Cassidy trying to break it.

Favorite lines of the day

"This west coast low slung thing really works, who needs belly clearance"
BAM
"I could have made it if not for that extra seat"

Then I walked away and he really broke it.

It was good to meet you at DPG on Saturday, that buggy is sweet, good job on it. I was parked beside you at DPG and when I pulled my jeep on the trailer y'all were looking under the rear of it, did you mess anything up? It started to rain before I could ask in person.

Haha I turned around my rig was gone. The rev limiter sounds good through the woods though!

Tweaked the truss some. Nothing a bottle jack and 20 mins of time couldnt fix. Going to brace it back to the housing better this time and be ready to bring it back out to dpg in 2 weeks.
