DPG open invite Feb 17

Hey,

not to sound like the pansy in the group but how "hardcore" is DPG? i ask because it seems like most the pics i've seen of the place feature buggies on rockwells and 40+ tires. i'd love to explore a new place but as the same time i don't have the $$ to destroy my CJ trying to wheel somewhere out of my league. hopefully i'll have my front locker and chromo shafts in by then. worth my while?

The show the 'Devils put on is worth the price of admission itself :) There are no trails, per se, but there are lines in the rocks for every kind of rig from stock to wild plus you get to meet lots of guys and watch the buggys play. If you've never been it's definately worth a trip.

I think you'd have a good time, there's stuff for smaller rigs.Everything is close together, most of the time I enjoy watching more than participating anyway. It would be worth the trip from Raliegh in my opinion.

I definitely want to make the trip, but at this moment, there's 4.56s in the rear and 3.07s in the front and I dont think it'll be broken-in by Sat. :((

I am up in Greensboro at the moment. Something came up the 17th so I wont be able to make the ride.


BIGMAC- you will have a fantastic time with a CJ on 35s. There is a lot of stuff there that a rig with 35s can run and have an absolute blast on. I always have fun there with my XJ on 35s, although I do seem to get myself into trouble...See middle picture in first post :D

Hey Mike If you do get someone to grab that stuff to bring to DPG for Rich or if you do end up coming yourself do you think you could have them bring those coupla Dana 70 parts as well? I'd def preciate it man :beer:
 
Anybody got some 50% tread 31-10.50-15 tires they want to sell. Need some for my DD. prefer some AT's at least if not a mud tire. Thanks
 
I'll be there driving the Jeep. I'm bringing a buddy to jump his big ass bronco II(freebie). He'll be the one skying the jumps. All I can say is bring your camera.
