I was asked to fabricate a custom stubby bumper to fit modified frame rails on the front of a Jeep YJ. The customer cut the front frame and added 2x3 box tube out the front. They provided the dimensions and I took it from there. The bumper needed to provide more function than a simple bumper. You will see on the back side it also serves to extend the frame rails forward. I also added some gusseting to help. I thought you guys might like to check this one out.
