Just found out about this place. I grew up riding this area on dirt bikes. Don't figure it will last long though, they seem to fly medivac out of there a lot this summer.

I thought that was common for recreational areas in WV?? Seems like anywhere up north that you mix quads and BIG hills you're going to have that. As for the park, they've made a big push to attract offroaders of all types on other forums, I hope it works out.
 
Flew 4 people out in two days. I'm assuming the injuries involved atv riders and dirt bikes. This area is an old strip mine with a lot of high walls to climb and natural rugged terrain. I'll be going to check it out later this year when I visit my folks and have a good report to bring back!
