FWIW, I spoke with the Duke contact in charge of power line easements just a few months ago. They are beginning to crack down on those, to the point of removing deer stands, any sort of trailer or vehicles parked under there, pools, etc. I highly doubt they would write anyone permission to drive on those easements. I have the paper as to what they allow somewhere in my office. I'll scan it Monday and post it here.
 
I'd like to see that ROE agreement from Duke transmission asset protection!

I can barely get permission to traverse the property for my work crews to do work...

I've sent letters, in person have asked lineman, foreman, head foteman, and so on for permission (or direction to authority) to primitive camp on islands along the Catawba river system, owned by Duke. Declined!

I wouldn't wanna think how many peepee touches it would take for a group of vehicles to run down a power line rd. :lol:

before that subject even comes up....review all 6 previous pages. it took that long for the gaydars to go off. it was the lying that brought the hazing.

this is a fairly open minded group. gays, blacks, women, and few white dudes. ive wheeled with them all. its liars and those who endanger this hobby who i take issue with. what you do behind that tree on the trail is your business as long as its legal.
