I'm about to have a LOAD of questions.

1. Who can modify a harness? This is for a buggy.

@GONOVRIT its the guy who I bought my old 4Runner and Dodge from. I can getcha a number too. He does clean work, just not sure what his schedule looks like as I know hes been down in FL since Irma and is about to tie the knot later this month.
 
I'm not in too much of a hurry but I would like to talk to him about it as I may not have everything I need for it. Would like to know that sooner than later.
